It’s Time for the 15th Annual King Street Art Festival

Art collectors and admirers alike have been patiently waiting for this weekend all year. The 15th Annual King Street Art Festival is one of Old Town’s largest and most prestigious outdoor art events.

There will be two hundred local and national artists showcasing their creations. Not only will attendees get to peruse more than $15 million worth of art but they’ll be able to meet the artists as well (all of whom will be on site).

There’s Something for Everyone

In addition to painting, sculptures, photography, and ceramics, you’ll also find jewelry, glasswork, and handmade apparel and home décor. Even if you’re not in the market for art or handcrafted goods, you can still relax and listen to the live music, join in on the local activities, and people watch. You can even delight in a bowl of artisanal ice cream served in a handmade ceramic bowl and support The Art League at the same time during the Ice Cream Bowl Fundraiser. When & Where

The 15th Annual King Street Art Festival is this weekend and open both Saturday (9/16) from 10 am – 7 pm and Sunday (9/17) from 10 am – 5 pm. The festival is set up on King Street from Washington to Union Street. It’s completely free to attend, and all ages are welcome.
